After over a year off the airwaves, Stephen Stevo Clarke is returning for an hour, where he'll do his best not to break everything and take the station of air! There'll be some other people there too probably.
A trip back to the 80's and 90's with radio replica to even adverts to give a retro feel back to the air.
It only comes round once a year, but the music team will be telling your their hot takes and predictions about the Brit Awards and the winners as it goes out live on air. Basically we are just planning on being Jack Whitehall but infinetely less funny. Tune in to arguably the biggest BritPop night of the year <3
Join us live from James Beach as we bring the noise back to campus for Freshers' Fair! And... Hang on a minute... Is that a boat on the lake?!??!

It's lockdown, it's midnight, and a masked vigilante is standing on a stool in a server room - it can only be one thing, the return of URY for Summer Term 2021! Tune in to hear what it sounds like when increasingly tired and stressed presenters dally about on air for a couple of hours, and see how long it takes us to start crying about Summer exams.
Playing the best new local alternative music and keeping you up to date on upcoming shows in York.
James counts down the biggest 20 songs on campus compiled from airplay and your requests. He also takes a look at the UK album chart and turns back the clock with some retro No1s.
Hey, you found an easter egg! We're off air right now; check our social medias to see when we'll be back!
A show where Dizzy literally samples different kinds of glue, and other solvents live on air, while pretending to speak lucidly.

Alex and Marks educate each other about their completely different music tastes. The pair will focus on a different section of their respective back catalogues each week, split half way between Marks' eclectic electronic and Alex's weird and wonderful rock and funk, it's sure to be an... interesting combination.
The double agent himself is back (They just can't get rid of me)! Coming to you live from the Liverpool Guild of Students in a studio kindly loaned out by Liverpool Guild Student Media. They're not on air right now but never let something so trival as technical difficulties™ get in the way of good radio and what better place to go than my old stomping gound at URY.
An hour of the most audacious and lucrative banter known to mankind. Discussing an arrray of topics, showcasing local talents; all admist a tantilising playlist you could only forge in your dreams.
Join URY broadcasting live from Greg's place at the university's Welcome Fair 2024, taking your song requests and supporting numerous society showcases throughout the day.
Will you still love us when we're 64? Richard and Kim did their last student URY show in June 1976. This show will be hair raising if they had any left.
It's that time of the year again - there'll be one stall giving out bags for some reason, so make sure you grab the bag for all the other random freebies you get from stalls you pretend to be interested in just to get the pens.
Freshers' Fair 2021 is nearly upon us - join me as we build up to it with some great music and chat!
A show to turn even the lamest of squares into far-out foot tappers.
Over the course of the show, extreme levels of rockabilly will be pumped through the airwaves of URY, from Elvis Presley to The Big Bopper, all with the intention of providing maximum satisfaction.
The show will consist of anecdotes relating to the music in question, explorations into the popular themes and concepts of rockabilly/rock 'n' roll (such as a show dedicated to 'Death Discs'), as well as interviews with individuals who remember watching the rock 'n' roll stars of the 1950s in their heyday. Playing the big hits of the 1950s, as well as with the secret 7" golddust that's been hiding in the attic, this show will provide a roster of early rock 'n' roll and rockabilly that will make you want to turn your fringe into a quiff, your Volkswagen into a Cadillac, and your Carling into a Cherry Coke.
This might be biased, but I think big sisters give the best advice ever.
Hi, I'm Sarah and I've been a big sister for almost 20 years. I know my stuff guys. So, I'm bringing my advice to the airwaves.
Join me (and a guest) every week as we do a deep dive into your problems and help you solve them!
Today's world is so dense, ever-changing, and fast: the amount of notifications we get to our phones every day is overwhelming, but what really matters? Tune in for current affairs chat, space for reflection on the salient news, and some music to break up the mundanity of it all!
Claire and Alice endeavour to make it through an hour of music and questionable conversation without breaking the studio or each other.
Two of York’s freshers hit the airwaves for the first time to share with you their experiences and tales of life in the small apple. Shows will often be a cocktail of light hearted humour and bad music choices.
