"Indie Archive" is a Music Show presented by Olly Hilton. It will showcase music from the later decades of the 20th century all the way until the modern day, illustrating all of the differences and similarities between yesterday's and today's indie tracks.

The ABBA DAB Ado

What better way to mark URY's launch on DAB Digital Radio than to celebrate the greatest pop group of the 20th century, in guises largely unfamiliar. We'll have two hours of cover versions of ABBA songs, from a cappella to hard rock, from country to rap. 


Experimental Jet Set

A seamless hour of experimental music curated and presented by Freddie Rose. With minimal talking and a focus on avant-garde and underground music, Experimental Jet Set harkens back to the college radio stations in the United States and UK in the 20th century, whose dedication to music below the mainstream championed and gave a voice to generations of experimental, alternative musicians and art-rockers - including Sonic Youth, whose 1994 album the show's name is derived from.
