The grand return of the Compact Disk. After one million years, the CD has returned. They kinda died and now they're back. Except they were only gone for a few years between the year 2000 when sales started to drop and 2021 when sales started to rise for the first time since. CD's are actually cool again but they didn't used to be. Compact Disk: Rebirth. Physical media is good again. CDs are back also because they're like vinyl but cheaper and better. They have returned to us once again! Rejoice!! Did you know CDs were first developed by Philips and Sony. That must not have been great for business… However! CDs are back. They’re so back !! CDs are really cool. When modern vinyl presses are mostly analogue to digital and back to analogue rather than being straight analogue to analogue it loses the benefits and just makes them big, difficult CDs. Because of all that I believe I can declare that CDs are back. And they’re back for good. They’ll never go away… ever again…
