One of the UK's leading law firms, Clifford Chance, has announced it's changing its selection procedures so that CVs can't be seen by selectors during interviews. It's hoped it'll eliminate any bias towards Oxbridge and Eton graduates - something currently thought of as a neccessity to enter the law industry.
