On this episode we discuss World Cancer Day (February 4th) and the importance of raising awareness for those disadvantaged. Half of the worlds population lacks access to the full range of essential health services. When it comes to cancer, many of us are denied basic care, despite the fact that we live in a time of awe-inspiring advancements in cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Whilst our episodes so far have centered on personal experiences with cancer this week we decided to zoom out and look at the bigger picture. We also had some deep and meaningful debates about cancer preventatives and the guilt surrounding a cancer diagnosis. Join us to hear about all this interesting and important information!
