On this podcast, we discuss a wide range of topics that cover mental health and the LGBTQ+ community as well as mundane life. The podcast should shine light over various ideas which hopes to create more understanding as to what a person goes through on a day to day basis. Topics up for discussion range from those living with depression to those who identify as non-binary or even recent graduates who are trying to forage through adulthood.
