The LP Lexicon

Description

Tune in to The LP Lexicon a show all about long players and their influence on the modern music landscape. In the 1960s the 12" LP was transformed; morphing from a mere collection of songs to a finely curated and artistic expression of musical passion and direction. The birth of the 'album' ushered in a new era of musical creation which moved beyond the 7" single and quick pop hits to something more profound and creative. So, join Harvey as he adds some new LPs to the Lexicon each week and uncovers some of the best ‘album tracks’ in the process.
