"Hi Guys, it's me Steve, just to let you know I'm still on Holiday, or searching for atlantis, or whatever it was I told you I was doing last time we spoke. Thanks, Emma and Lauren, you're doing a great job."
Despite the fact that he clearly deserves it far less than Gwyneth Paltrow deserved the oscar for best actress in "Shakespeare in Love", Emily Thane and Lucy Walters are keeping the illusive Steve's show ticking over for him while he jet sets across the world from Grimsby to Gibraltar and an awful lot of ladies' bedchambers in between. This term will see popular segments like "Photoshop Op of the Week" and "Newsfeed News" returning with all their former glory, whilst punishments for "Food Crime" will continue to be emforced with all the zeal and enthusiasm of an overly eager rookie stormtrooper on his first trip to tatooine (sorry, that's a Star Wars reference, not something Emily would ever understand, but Steve's given the girls a quota to fill this term). New segments will include Emily's reviews of films that she really should have seen because gosh darn it they're classics, and "A Few Stops on Kirsty's Guilt Trip" where popular show correspondent Kirsty Snozwell will be called to account for her morally repugnant shift of meat eating choices.
Do you want to listen in to Thane and Lucy: In for Steve? Because Tom Keefe definitely does...
