Happy Friday! We hope you've had a wonderful week and are not too stressed about impending exams if you're a student like us! This week, in honor of mental health awareness week, we had our first ever guest on! Join us and Dermot Clancy, host of Emotionally Constipated on NSR, to chat about destigmatizing mental health and how to start those important conversations.
