This is a quick start guide to integrating a URY show calendar with your calendar program of choice (such as Google Calendar).

What Do I Need?

You will need the show or user id of the show or person you want to add to your calendar. These can be found in the URL of the show or person page.

Show ID:

Go to https://ury.org.uk/schedule/, find an instance of the show and click it. Then, click 'show' (on the right, next to the double up arrow). Look at the URL. It will say ury.org.uk/schedule/shows/xxx/ where xxx is the show ID.

User ID:

Go to https://ury.org.uk/myradio/ and sign in. Click the members link, and search for the person you want to know the member ID of (if that is yourself, search your own name). Click on the name in the list. Look at the URL. It will say ury.org.uk/myradio/Profile/view/?memberid=yyy where yyy is the user ID.

What Next?

Go to your calendar system, it will have the option to add a Calendar by url. Use the following URLs to add the schedule you want.

Full URY Schedule:

webcal://ury.org.uk/ical/ury.ics

All episodes of a specified show:

webcal://ury.org.uk/ical/show/{showID}.ics (Where showID is as obtained in previous step)

All episodes for the specified user:

webcal://ury.org.uk/ical/user/{userID}.ics (Where userID is as obtained in previous step)

The Calendar should now appear, with all relevant episodes. It may take a little time for it to populate, and when a new show is added this may take time to appear.
