AGM (Annual General Meeting)

The URY AGM is an annual meeting that determines who the next committee of the station will be. One week before the meeting, all members of committee (except the Deputy Station Managers) will step down to allow prospective candidates a week to prepare to run for all the available roles. The event is hosted and run by the Deputy Station Managers who step down at the end of the meeting. The election for DSM is usually held at the next station meeting after AGM.

2026

The 2026 AGM saw many innovative speeches from committee candidates. Most notable was Ben 'the King' Kingston's speech for the position of Head of Audio Resources (Jinglemaster).
