Lloyd Wallis is a URY member principally known for his involvements in the Computing Team. Whilst he formally left all committee involvement and responsibilities in Autumn 2013, he spent the rest of his final academic year tidying up unfinished projects, documenting systems, and occasionally being woken up after 3 hours sleep by the Chief Engineer because he plugged something in the wrong hole. He may have also gotten heavily involved with another campus broadcast media outlet.

He was the instigator of the first ever ground-up rewrite of URY's Constitution in 2013, which made him the last ever Head of Training. Before this, the constitution held licencing decisions were to be made at a meeting of a University Committee. The committee that replaced the committee that replaced the committee that replaced this committee last met in 1993.
