Problems: Who to talk to

Sometimes, there's a problem and you feel you need to engage some other party in the repair. More specifically:

 No repairs or maintenance to equipment, doors, windows or the fabric of the building will 
 be undertaken by the Society in any circumstances. Should such a need arise, the Society will 
 report the matter to YUSU Health and Safety who will request Estates attend. Exceptions to 
 this are minor repairs carried out in normal day-to-day operations and clearly defined in 
 Method Statements, which must be submitted to YUSU before starting work. Work of the 
 same type may be covered by previous method statements.
