The 2013 Student Radio Awards were held in late 2013, and were notable for:

  • URY not being nominated for Best Station (URN won, as usual);
  • The god-awful Vegas theme taken up by the Student Radio Association, including naff dancing sequences and a cringeworthy forced marriage sequence;
  • Some of the guests, notably Matt Windsor and Anthony Williams, attempting to eat part of the starter that later turned out to be paper;
  • Harry Whittaker being nominated for a record three times in one year, and winning a Silver and a Bronze (thus the epithet, 'Three Noms Silver-Bronze').
