URY isn’t all about standing in front of a microphone or being brilliant at tech. If you are organised, a good team worker and innovative then the events team is the one for you!

URY isn't just day-to-day radio - we also produce fantastic events! Whether it's Roses, CIN, or anything else, be rest assured: URY is there with a microphone in hand to cover it all. Whilst there's no events "team" so to speak, the Production team often handle most of this - so come along to their meetings, Mondays 8pm in V/N/123a.
We are in charge of organising all the events which represent the radio station. This team is a way to get really involved with the society, as there is opportunity to be involved with all the teams, as when planning an event we need to talk to everyone! If you are interested in planning some fantastic events such as music events and coverage of Roses, please email Jack at head.of.events@ury.org.uk
