The Alumni and Archive Officer is responsible for management of the URY Alumni Facebook group and the media wiki. Another key responsibility undertaken by the role is the upkeep of the physical documents within Stores. This can prove disastrous for archivists as they tend to have a habit of being eten by the same bugs that eat their documents. For this reason, URY can have long stints without an archivist as people fear the role and are scared of being replaced.
